Shipping Terms and Conditions

Shipping and delivery : the Supplier will deliver to the Customers, at the address specified at the time of the order, the products selected and ordered, with the methods set out in this article, through trusted couriers and/or forwarders.
The contract is concluded with the delivery of the goods by the Supplier to the courier. For this reason, the Supplier will not be responsible in the event of failure or delay in delivery or total or partial damage to the goods. Only the courier who carried out the shipment will be responsible.

Shipments are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise indicated to the customer.

If you live within a 15km radius of our headquarters in Roccatederighi (GR), you can choose free local delivery . Please check your location within our delivery radius before completing your order.

It is possible to choose free collection at our office. This service is available by appointment only , to be agreed in advance via the contacts indicated on our website. Wait for our confirmation before going to the office.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: that the quantity of the goods ordered corresponds to that indicated in the order; that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered, even in the sealing materials. Any damage must be immediately contested to the courier who makes the delivery.

The generic " acceptance with reservation of control " is not sufficient. If upon receipt of the order you notice DAMAGED / OPEN / DIRTY / CLOSED WITH COURIER TAPE / MISSING PACKAGES, have " Reservation for damaged package (open, dirty, etc.) " written before signing. Alternatively, take a photo of the goods when they are still in the courier's hands or on the van (do not frame the courier's face) and in the event of actual damage to the goods, report it to us by attaching a photo or video.

Without reporting a damaged package, once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any dispute regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather events or force majeure.

Delivery times : the forwarder undertakes to deliver the goods within five days of shipment, in Italian territory; while, for shipments made abroad, the times are differentiated in relation to the distance. Delivery times will never exceed those foreseen by art. 6 of Legislative Decree 185/99 (30 days from the date of the order and/or from receipt of payment if available in stock). The aforementioned delivery terms refer to the products present in the warehouse at the time of the order.

Delays in delivery : any delays in the delivery of the goods cannot be attributed or attributable to the Supplier. Nor, in any way, can the Supplier be responsible for damages caused by the Courier, in relation to the delayed delivery of the goods, to the customer or to third parties, the contract being understood to be perfected with the delivery of the goods to the courier.

Failure to deliver : if the Courier does not find anyone at the specified address when delivering the goods, they will store the goods in the warehouse indicated on the card that will be left on site. After thirty days of storage, the goods will be returned to the Supplier and the Customer will not be able to assert any rights. All direct and indirect costs will be entirely borne by the Customer.
The Supplier will retain payment for the goods as a penalty, in addition to any additional damages suffered.
If the Customer requests the Supplier to have back the products ordered and paid for, which were the subject of failure to deliver, he must immediately request this from the Supplier company by fax or email. All costs will be borne by the Customer, in addition to any additional damages suffered by the Supplier.

Shipping and packaging costs : We offer free shipping throughout the country for orders over €49 . For orders under this threshold, a cost of €12 will be applied for standard shipping. For some disadvantaged areas, a flat rate of €20 will be applied . Any discrepancy between the goods ordered and those delivered must be promptly communicated to the Supplier.
