Produced without the use of chemical fertilizers, fertilizers or pesticides, our oil reflects our commitment to protecting the environment and biodiversity. Thanks to natural grassing and mowing, we preserve the balance of the soil, improving its structure.
To reduce our environmental impact, we use renewable energy produced by our photovoltaic panels and collect rainwater for plant treatments.

The olives are harvested early, by mid-October, and quickly taken to the mill to preserve their freshness. The oil is filtered at the source to keep its aromas and properties intact over time.
