1. What are the shipping terms for domestic orders?
We offer free shipping for orders over €49 nationwide. For orders under this threshold, standard shipping costs €12 .
2. Can I get free delivery if I live near your location?
Yes, if you are within a 15km radius of our headquarters in Roccatederighi (GR), you are entitled to free local delivery . We invite you to verify your location with respect to our delivery radius before completing your order.
3. Is it possible to collect orders at your location?
Yes, you can choose free collection at our office, but you need to arrange an appointment in advance. Please contact us and wait for our confirmation before coming to collect your order.
4. What are the expected delivery times?
For standard shipping, estimated delivery times vary between 3 and 7 working days , depending on the destination. For local deliveries, times will be agreed directly with the customer. During periods of high demand or holidays, times may vary.
5. Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, you can change or cancel an order before it ships. Once it has been handed over to the carrier, it will no longer be possible to make changes or cancel it. Contact us promptly for assistance.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
