The 3-liter format is designed for true lovers of extra virgin olive oil and for large families who want a superior quality product, always available.

Organoleptic evaluation:

Pleasant green fruity to the taste, medium-intense bitter and spicy balance, aftertastes of fresh almond, light floral, green grass, light tomato and spices. Good harmony.

The reserve of EVO oil that will accompany you for a long time. We recommend, once opened, to transfer the oil into smaller containers (e.g. 50 or 25 cl bottles) so as not to expose it to oxygen for too long.
