1. What are the shipping terms for national orders?
We offer free shipping for orders over €49 throughout the country. For orders under this threshold, the cost of standard shipping is €12.
2. Can I get free delivery if I live close to your office?
Yes, if you are within a 15 km radius of our office in Roccatederighi (GR), you are entitled to free local delivery. Please check your location within our delivery radius before completing your order.
3. Can I collect my orders from your location?
Yes, you can choose free collection from our location, but you must arrange an appointment in advance. Please contact us and wait for our confirmation before coming to collect your order.
4. What are the expected delivery times?
For standard shipping, estimated delivery times vary between 3 and 7 working days, depending on the destination. For local deliveries, times will be agreed directly with the customer. During periods of high demand or holidays, times may vary.
5. Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, you can change or cancel an order before it is shipped. Once it has been entrusted to the courier, it will no longer be possible to make changes or cancel it. Contact us promptly for assistance.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
